Our family manages approximately 373 acres of estate-owned vineyards, of which about 222 acres are certified organic. Our modern winery has a capacity of roughly 581,000 U.S. gallons and an annual output of over one million bottles. Today, 80% of our production is exported to more than 15 countries across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Our range spans from approachable entry-level to sophisticated premium wines.
Sustainability and quality are central to who we are: all of our wines are vegan, many are certified organic, and our winery holds both Sustainable and HACCP certifications. In 2024, we launched the Cristóbal Cuvée del Sol organic range (labeled “Made with Organic Grapes” per USDA regulations), featuring Malbec, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Bonarda.
