Agroindustria Guadalajara is a company that is born in 1995 as an association of agave producers from this region with the purpose to produce a Tequila of the finest quality, for the national market and exportation. Located in the “corazón de los altos” we can find Capilla de Guadalupe, a small town that nature grants for the cultivation of the best agave azul, according to its geographical features. In this region with a weather of hardly no humidity, encompassed by mountains and valleys of red land, agriculturists have been dedicated to the traditional cultivation of agave, treating it with carefulness and dedication for more than 7 years to its matureness and obtaining the necessary raw material for the creation of the best Tequila.
