The wines that La Romiglia produces today are born from an idea of biodiversity, of a sustainable ecosystem even before the vineyard. They come from an area of Valpolicella called Monte Garzon. These plots are located in the east of Verona and are considered among the best in Valpolicella, as they are located on a gentle hillside at 400 meters above sea level and entirely surrounded by woods, with excellent exposure to sunlight and breezes. Here the vineyard grows in symbiosis with the surrounding nature, in an environment of absolute relax. La Romiglia promotes a viticulture of harmony and patience, accompanied by a minimal intervention in the cellar without forcing.
