We are based in the Czech republic and our main goal is to produce CZECH PREMIUM BEERs using the traditional Czech method of producing bottom-fermented beer, brewed in a brewhouse using a two-mash decoction method (production method with mash boiling), with separate main fermentation and post-fermentation. The duration of fermentation — maturation in the cellar — corresponds to the Czech tradition, which means that, for example, lagers are fermented in the lager cellar for 30—50 days, depending on the type. We brew from malts from the best varieties of Czech malting barley, Czech hops from the Žatec region and our own strain of brewing yeast. The fundamental emphasis is placed on the absolute purity of the production process and quality control.
