The Domaine Porto Carras began operating at the beginning of sixties.
The wines bear the much desired title of: Appellation d' Origine de Qualite Superieur, Plaghies Melitona (Meliton Slopes). The Plaghies Melitona
vineyard constritutes an example of organic vineyard cultivation today. Since, 2000, the entire complex has been owned by the
Technical Olympic Group of Companies, which has been intervening dynamically to achieve its modernization and reorganization.
