Tenutefosca was founded in 2015 and has been producing certified organic wines since 2018 in the Breganze DOC district, where it cultivates 16 hectares of vineyards divided into three plots that best represent the soil and pedoclimatic characteristics of this territory.For us, organic means care, respect, and above all, quality. This is why we do not simply adhere to the standard protocols for organic farming but extend the concept to the entire environment surrounding our vineyards. We also embrace the cultural sustainability of our product, as we preserve and renew the tradition of our region's historic grape varieties.Our production is about 50000 bottles per year. We make 11 types of wine: 2 sparkling wines, 4 still white wines and 5 red wines. We are currently selling our wines in Horeca channel in Italy and Japan.

Comments: An elegant wine in which the typically fruity (banana and green apple) and floral (white and yellow flowers) notes of Chardonnay stand out. Acidity, savoriness and roundness fill the palate, giving length and persistence.
Comments: An intriguing, drinkable yet structured wine, rich in aromas ranging from hints of white and tropical fruits to floral and balsamic aromas. On the palate, the balance between acidity, savoriness and the fatty part given by aging with fine lees gives excellent smoothness and roundness of taste.
