Pasieka Jaros has existed since 1978. It was originally a family business dealing with bee breeding and processing bee products. In 1991, we started to produce meads, which are now the basis of our business. The raw material for their production is bee honey, water and fruit juices. They achieve their depth of taste during many years of aging. As in the old days, we do not use artificial dyes, flavours, stabilizers, preservatives or maturation agents. We preserve the taste and nobility of our meads by storing them in ceramic bottles, which we produce in the old potter's way. In 2021, we also started the production of Okowita miodowa (honey distillate), which we produce by distilling honey mash inspired by our meads. The goal of our company for the coming years is to maintain the production of our mead at the highest level, that is, as we have done so far. Through our business activity, we strive to develop the culture of mead, both in Poland and in the world.
Our meads can be purchased in good wine shops, we do not sell to supermarkets. We are only interested in the customer who is looking for a very good quality product.
