Billy Stitch Distillery kicked off in 2023 with nothing more than a backyard setup totally above board, we promise and a big love for great gin. What started as a passion project fueled by curiosity and late-night experimenting has grown into a distillery that is all about bold flavours and good times. We have stayed true to our roots: keeping things hands-on, and always full of personality. Our gin is not here to blend into the crowd. We are all about pushing the boundaries with bright flavours and bottles that are as fun to look at as they are to drink from. The Billy Stitch brand is about making spirits that stand out. It is not just about making something premium, it is about making something that is unapologetically full of life. At Billy Stitch, we think quality spirits deserve a little extra love, and so do you. Treating yourself should not feel indulgent, it should feel normal.
