The Cooperativa Montillo Ltda, founded in 1995 in Mainumby, Arroyos y Esteros, Paraguay, has grown to over 200 members, including 80 certified organic sugar cane producers. Since 1999, it has held FAIRTRADE Certification, reflecting its commitment to fair trade and sustainability. Our flagship product, Yaguarete Rum, is a premium aged rum with a robust body and smooth finish, featuring notes of caramel and oak. Made from organic sugar cane and using miel de azucar for a smoother, complex taste. We seek to connections in the European and American markets to expand our distribution
