Owners of vineyards since 1729, the Rollet family is one of the oldest families in Saint Emilion. This long experience has taught our family knowledge that allows us to look at things in the long term. The vine is not a crop that can be modified in a few months but whose evolution must be imagined over the years since a vine can live for more than fifty years. It is this lifespan of the vine that commands our respect. We have been working it according to the so-called sustainable cultivation method since 1995, we have been HVE approved since 2019. We also use certain products approved as part of organic cultivation. For our wines, we are looking for more fruit and roundness while providing length and fullness on the palate, without forgetting the importance of good balance. We have improved our wines so that they respond to the changing tastes of our customers.
