Family Galler promises pure enjoyment from happy grapes. Courage and absolute conviction are their driving forces. Their goal: top wines from sustainable grape varieties. Since 2012, the Gallers have only planted fungus-resistant vines - Piwis - on their winery in the Palatinate. Since 2021, they have only been vinifying Piwis so they have therefore clearly committed themselves to the most sustainable form of organic viticulture and bring enjoyment, quality, innovation, winemaking craftsmanship and ecology into harmony at the highest level, as evidenced by numerous awards. Sustainability and maximum wine enjoyment, conserving resources, minimizing energy consumption and CO2 footprint, reducing water consumption, healthy and living soils, reducing pesticides and being able to defy the vagaries of the weather are clear arguments for Ansgar Galler to concentrate on the future-oriented, grandchild-friendly new grape varieties.
