Bodegas Viriatus is a family winery from Zamora, Spain, which produces wines DO Toro, DO Valles de Benavente and IGP Castilla y Leon. Three generations in the wine industry .

We use the traditional grape varieties of our region, such as Tempranillo, Verdejo and Prieto Picudo, which give our wines the best of themselves.

Our wines are characterized by being aromatic, fruity and very soft on the palate. The name of our Bodega Viriatus is a tribute to the Iberian hero Viriato, who resisted the Roman invasion of our land. Our region is home to many Roman remains, including clay vessels for wine, which testify to the great winemaking tradition of the region.
