A leader in wood management and cask finishing, as well as selecting the finest ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, the Whisky Cellar have explored some of the most extraordinary maturation wood including Picolit casks from Italy, Fondillon from Spain and Floc de Gascogne from France, achieving outstanding results each time.
