Used 225 liter wine barrels aged in Port Rubi,Tawny,Madeira for 6-12 months. 225 and 250 L barrels wined with Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez, Amontillado, Palo Cortado, Crema, Fino or Manzanilla 6-12 months.
