The Castello di Gabiano is in the Monferrato region of Piedmont on the last hills before the Po Valley and is renowned for its high quality wine production.
The wine estate own by the Cattaneo Adorno Giustiniani family is on an estate that extends over the territory of Gabiano for 260 hectares, of which 25 are vineyards, in the heart of the Monferrato wine region. The vineyards of Gabiano are unique due to their altitude and privileged position with respect to the winds of the Alps. This creates a significant difference in temperature between day and night, which contributes to the formation of intense and characteristic aromas in the wines produced in the castle. The vineyards are organically cultivated with care and attention, the harvest is done by hand, and the vinification is a combination of traditional methods and avant-garde oenological technologies.
