We are a small wine manufacturing company situated in Olevano Romano, in the province of Rome. We only produce quality wine from our vineyards that are composed of 100% Cesanese, native grapes variety of our territory. The production varies from 15.000 to 18.000 bottles per year depending on the vintage.
We have 4 interpretation of Cesanese: Terre Olibani and Consilium wich are produced by the grapes of two different vineyards and have aged in steel. Sigillum that has aged in oak barriques and Equo that is a rose Cesanese. Our winery don't have yet the bio certification but our production is inspirated by respect of nature and sustainability.
