Cantina Fassati was founded in 1913 and today it is one of the largest wineries in Montepulciano with a total area of 101 Ha of land of which 89 Ha of vineyards, 4,50 Ha of olive trees for the production of Extra Virgin olive Oil.The vinification area of the winery is equipped with modern and functional structures and the suggestive aging area with oak barrels of Slavonia of capacity from 20 to 155 Hl and French barriques. The wines that we produce are: Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, Chianti DOCG, IGT Rosso Toscana, White and Red entry level wines, Rosè.
