We are a micro distillery based in Lucania, a small region in southern Italy. Our laboratory is immersed in the wilderness of the Pollino National Park Unesco World Heritage, where the botanicals for our distillates come from, from mountain juniper, which grows at an altitude of 2000 metres, to the marine botanicals of our cliffs. We work with equipment supplied by Muller, a German manufacturer of copper stills. The entire production process is carefully controlled by us and we make small batches to maintain the authenticity of the spirits in a small distillery. We have produced two types of gin, a London dry and a Navy strength. Most of the botanicals are foraged by us on the Pollino peaks, in the surrounding valleys and down to the small strip of the Tyrrhenian coast of Lucania.
