That is the number of miles between Walla Walla, Washington and Mytilini, Lesbos Greece. Though that number is a straight line between these locations, the actual distance in miles involved to bring Yamas Greek Eatery to Walla Walla was much, much greater. All of our recipes stem from my father, Michael’s, life and experiences from that Greek village he grew up in long ago and carried with him through America all the way here to you in Walla Walla.
