INSULAE s.r.l. is a Sicilian company owned by two Under 30 Sicilian entrepreneurs.
We specialize in the creation and production of Distillates and Alcoholic Beverages. Since our birth (January 2019), we have been telling the stories of Sicily, and the spirit of the island and the Mediterranean, through our products.
The first was INSULAE Sicilian Gin (70 cl ABV 42%), the first Sicilian Distilled Gin, recognized by the market and critics as one of the best aromatic gins in Italy, made only with botanicals from Sicily.
In 2023 we launched 3 new products:- INSULAE Saline Gin (70cl ABV 47%), a London Dry Gin with capers and salt from the Saline of Trapani;- INSULAE Mediterraneo Vermouth (75cl ABV 18%), a Red Vermouth made from Sicilian Marsala and amber in color INSULAE DonnaRosa Rosolio (70cl ABV 20%), a modern Sicilian Aperitif based on prickly pear. We are looking for new foreign importers/customers to expand our distribution.
