Shanxi Pangquan Distillery Co., Ltd. was established in 2015 with a registered capital of 300 million Chinese Yuan. The distillery is located in Pangquangou, a National Nature Reserve, which features superior ecological conditions, flowing mountain spring and up to 96% of the forest coverage rate. Thanks to the unique altitude (2535m) and climatic characteristics, a large number of mysterious microbial populations multiply here, forming a huge natural liquor jar. The distillery combines traditional brewing techniques with modern intelligent technologies. By applying the stainless steel tank for fermentation, brewing parameters are accurately controlled and the craftsmanship is standardized. Besides, the distillery has realized the off-ground operation of all materials in the whole production process by applying the most advanced raw-grain cleaning technology and intelligent production line for liquor. In January 2022, our liquor brand Pangquan was certified as PEOP.
