Comments: Wine has a well-preserved grape flavor with undertones of blackberry and cherry. It has a characteristic dark ruby color, velvety taste well balanced with natural sweetness and delightful acidity.
Comments: Ojaleshi is a ruby-coloured, semi-sweet to sweet wine with a gentle bouquet of red fruits lifted by hints of pepper or spice. With aging in bottle, the wine will gather complexity and approximate a dry red.
Comments: Ancient vine variety Rkatsiteli which is made based on tough sharing of ancestral tradition together with a full Chacha (main stalk of bunch of grapes, grains). After Fermentation of 4-5 months exposure, without our intervention in the pitcher.
Comments: Pale straw color of wine is accompanied with lively aromas of yellow and tropical fruits. Refreshing and easy-drinking wine has soft aromatic and long aftertaste
Ripe aromas of black fruits like blackberry and blackcurrant with some dried fruit hints. Rich dark chocolatey character well complimented with coffee and dark berries notes, velvety tannins with a leathery character.
Comments: The wine is gently pressed in the pneumatic press. Later, the settled and free run clear juice starts fermenting slowly at precisely controlled temperature (15-18°C) in stainless steel tanks.
