Please let us briefly introduce Anapea to you: Anapea is a Family business, which idea came up approximately in 2014. The inspiration of idea was Vineyard, Natural Wine and Hotel Museum. Anapea is a name of village, which we are building in Georgia, Kakheti, Kvareli region: 8 samll Kakhetian houses and a cellar. The houses are designed and built exactly like it was a century ago. Reviving of Kakhetian village life of 19 century, which means, construction of real village, as a special hotel. The Main part of the project is the Wine Cellar, Vineyard and Natural wine. Our cellar, winery, vineyard are located in Kvareli. Vineyard is farmed organically from the beginning and wines are all only natural. Our Wine is made only with traditional-kakhetian method, only in Kvevri - Orange wines 6 month with skin, and red ones in two ways - 2 weeks with skin and 6/7 month with skins. After, wines are moved into Kvevries for aging approximately for 1 year, 1,5
