Chateau Fontesteau is a 22-hectare winegrowing estate
around a 13th century castle. It is managed with strict respect for its
its 100-hectare natural setting: HVE level 3 environmental certification since 2017 and conversion to organic viticulture since
2019. Agro-pastoralism (herd of 40 sheep) and agro-forestry are practiced
on the entire estate.
