The Chrapko family has been operating the Birds & Bees Farm for the last 97 years. The organic winery/meadery was started 14 years ago. In 2019, the addition of a distillery led to further diversification. The Chrapko family pride themselves in creating uniquely flavoured wines, mead, and spirits from fruit, berries, honey, vegetables, and legumes that they grow—all Certified Organic.Along the way, our family has continuously innovated to ensure business continuity, using the most efficient and effective equipment, technology, and farming and processing/value-add methods.We try to accommodate all budgets when producing products and have a selection to suite economical needs.
