il vino e le rose We prefer small production and the highest possible quality, respecting the naturalness of the product. Fundamental for us is the care with which we face every phase of the processing of our wines, from the vine to the bottle, passing through a fermentation with only native yeasts. We raise 4 grape varieties for the production of white and red wines. The three hectares of Cortese and Timorasso white grape vineyards are located within the Mastarone Oasis. The two red grape varieties Dolcetto and Barbera, 5000 square meters each, are located at the bottom of the valley between Brignano and Momperone (AL). In continuity with the recent past we cultivate and produce Langhe DOC Nebbiolo from half a hectare in the lands of Roero.
