Sainte Luchaire perpetuates a tradition of artisan winemaker of more than a century. Solicitous for the well-being of the land and man, we practice a circular grape growing, avoiding bruising Earth unnecessarily and shoving the subterranean life. The estate consists of 18 hectares of parcels located on the terroir of the “Causses, Petit Causse”, Mourels and Galets roulés. Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Chardonnay represent the main varietals of the estate. Our terroir : Because each soil gives the wine a very different characteristic; when our vine is rooted in our soil, the earth will give the wine a unique taste and inimitable flavours. Come and discover the unique terroir of the Cathar lands... Climate: Each season plays in its own way but always harmoniously with light and shadows. Our estate has been able to find in the climate a natural balance and a singular harmony which is found in the environment of our vines and in our wines
