HISTORY AND BACKGROUND In the early 90’s Christine (the founder) started a Farmers Market to help a friend of hers who was a farmer take produce to market during a national foot and mouth crisis. W. First was puddings, then cakes and finally she settled on preservesin 2010.Preserves production grew to 10k jars annually. All made by hand at home. Once again, a new challenge was sought and liqueur production seemed like an obvious alternative use of the fruit for the jams and marmalade first batch of Sloe Gin was ready and went down a storm.Sales were direct to consumer at food events throughout the country. It was at one of these events that a buyer from Aldi found us and since 2015 we have been a supplier to them. In 2019 we supplied 1.5M bottles to Aldi under The Infusionist brand together with our own range to stores
