The company Ma.Ca. Srl is the owner of the Amaro Maffei brand. We are a young company and we produce Amaro Maffei, a delicate infusion of wild fennel, a typical plant of the Apulian Murgia, it gives the product its purifying and digestive effect. Our Amaro Maffei has obtained prestigious awards at the World liqueur Awards 2019 in London: 1st place in Italy as a herbal liqueur in the World's Best Herbal Liqueur category, 3rd place worldwide in the Best New Launch Design category for bottle design, we also got the gold medal in the CWSA 2019 in the Hong Kong liquor category. The product was born as a digestive, but thanks to its versatility it is used both in the kitchen as an ingredient in gourmet dishes and in the preparation of cocktails and pre-meal aperitifs.
