Bodegas Romero de Avila Salcedo is an owned-family winery from 1598 located in the heart of the Iberian Peninsula. Our Nobel shield is the proof the history of the family in the wine making tradition that why we maintain it as a treasure in the winery. Our ancestors have passed their knowledge down from generation to generation, and one of the most important part of that knowledge is the antique technique of elaborating wine through an amphora fermentation and aging process. Due to the powerful and intense aromas we get from them, we never stop elaborating our wines this way.
