We are a historic producer of Chianti Classico and Toscana IGT wines, member of Chianti Classico Consortium since 1947. Our 30 ha of vineyards are split between Castelnuovo Berardenga and Radda in Chianti at 350 - 480 m a.s.l. All 17 vineyards have excellent exposure, the soils are a mixture of alberese, galestro and macigno. Aiola is ORGANIC CERTIFIED producer since 2024. With over 100,000 bottles produced annually, we sell up to 60% on domestic market, and export to Europe, Asia and USA.
