With the first vine planted in 1897, Bodega Lagarde is one of the oldest wineries of Argentina (with Malbec vines over 100 years old) that strives to consistently innovate elaborating high-quality wines made from grapes grown exclusively on our own vineyards in Mendoza. Nowadays, the winery is owned and managed by sisters Sofia and Lucila Pescarmona, enterprising women who are very proud to have taken their family winery to become not only a beautiful project but a cutting edge one, being today South America's oldest company to have achieved the certification of B-Corporation.
From a commercial point of view, we export our wines to over 40 countries, being the USA our #1 market in terms of sales, where we work with multiple regional importers.
