But it was 1846 when Hipólito Bañuelos, one of our ancestors wrote the 1st document, so far as we know, about the quality and the treatment needs for the overseas shipment of wine.
We follow the Hipolito’s steps, elaborating wines with the knowledge, dedication and love he did.

Our vineyards have an average age of 35 years, being many of them over 50 years old. Every parcel is located on the best terroirs in the area which allow us to really unique wines.
