Tour Boisee is a family estate producing wine since 1826. Based in Languedoc within the Minervois appellation. 70 hectares, yields about 35hl/ha. Organic certified by Ecocert for 10 years. We cultivate 20 grape varieties, most of which are indigenous. The wine profile is sunny, colourful, round with soft tannins; from light to powerful body but always elegant. The wines are not technical but hand made from the vineyards to the cellar. They are meant to bring an emotion, to catch people's attention through personality and depth in order to settle long term collaborations. Jean-Louis Poudou, winemaker, is working with his son-in-law, Jean-Francois Ruiz, a fruitful collaboration of experience, energy and modernity. We target wine importers, wholesalers, retailers, Horeca and networks of direct sale to general public. Our name comes from the medieval tower inherited from the XVII century, located in our garden.
