We produce 3 kind of Primitivo ( one 15% aged in French oak barrels, one 14% aged in American oak barrels and one 14%+5vol sweet Primitivo), Malvasia Bianca ( Occhio di Sole is our Orange Wine), Sangiovese, Lambrusco, Chardonnay, Minutolo, Verdeca and Aglianico (Rose macerated 12 hours with his skins).
Please note that Since 2015 production, the Company has converted into a fully organic management of the vineyards. Consequently, these are now only treated with copper and sulfur, without any help of glyphosate and insecticides. The soil is enriched with green manure and organic fertilization in respect of the territory, the environment and those who work there.
The present production is around 80,000 bottles per year. We are gradually replacing traditional bottles with Eco bottles of 0.45 Kg responding to a huge market demand of environmental sustainability.
As member of Italian section of Vignerons Independent ,we grow all the grapes we produce and do not buy grapes.
