Wine Man winery is a family company founded by Alexandre Jorjadze in Georgia in 1998. The winery continues family tradition of wine making. The surname Jorjadze belongs to a noble family of Kakhetian Princes. Several representatives of this surname significantly contributed to the development of Georgian winemaking starting from 1876, when Prince Levan Jorjadze published the first book about viticulture and winemaking. Vineyards are located in eastern part of Georgia, in best microzones of Kakheti region, main ones in Kakhi-Pari village. Wines are produced in the winery in Tsinandali village and also in Ikhalto village. Winery exports its wines to the Ukraine, Kazakhstan, the United States, Japan, Lithuania, China, Hong Kong, Poland, Australia, the Czech Republic, Canada, Tajikistan, Turkemnistan and Russia.
