Small family own Vineyard and Winery, vines imported from Italy planted in 1885, we do not use harmful chemicals on the vines or the wines, the old vines are non-irrigated, head-pruned, and hand picked, we have Zinfandel, Petite Shirah and Chardonnay.
Most of the wine-making equipment has been imported from Italy and the wines is made in the old, Italian style with the emphasis on quality, using only natural fermentation. The traditional methods of viticulture and wine-making are how the exquisite quality in our wines is achived
