Domaine de la Royere, the cradle of the Hugues Family, is an old family estate which has been run since 1988 by Anne and Jean-Pierre Hugues. After more than fifteen years spent reorganizing the vineyards, preparing the cellar and working on barrel maturing, the estate now offers wines that respect the specificity of the appellation, yet reflect Anne and Jean-Pierre Hugues shared taste for the concentrated vintages that fully express the soil and the grape varieties.
