Chateau-Fuisse is recognized as the benchmark estate of Southern Burgundy and Pouilly-Fuisse in particular. Currently managed by 5th generation winemaker Antoine Vincent, he believes in traditional, artisanal winemaking supported by carefully applied modern technology. The 100-acre estate produces a range of excellent white Burgundy wines (chardonnay) from Pouilly-Fuisse as well as Saint-Veran, Mecon-Villages, Mecon-Fuisse and also one red wine from Julienas ( Cru of Beaujolais (Gamay Noir)).
