Modern, handcrafted, five times distilled ultra-pure gin. Heritage dates back to the late 19th century when the original distillery was established in Napa Valley, California. It was the 209th registered distillery in the United States and re-created in 2005 at Pier 50 in San Francisco Bay as the only distillery over water in the world. Spicy citrus notes to the fore with a mellow juniper and floral backdrop; warmth from coriander and cassia with cardamom imparting a distinct taste. We produce the world's only Kosher for Passover gin and vodka; beautiful packaging and bottle shape inspired by a 1900's prohibition era bottle of genever found at the site of the original distillery
