The ACES Blend is composed of 50% Zinfandel, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 25% Merlot which have have been sourced from the deep and rich soils that make up the Lodi Appelation. The fruit benefits from warm sunny days and cool nights as a result of gentle breezes coming from the San Francisco Bay and the Delta waterways. This allows the fruit to mature and have a proper balance between fruit character and structure. The fruit was harvested at optimal ripeness and was crushed and fermented in stainless steel vessels. It has produced a fresh fruity style wine that is sure to please your palette.

Tasting Notes This wine has a deep crimson hue. The aromas lend hints of cassis, plum accompanied with fresh herbs and spices. The flavor has elements of raspberry, cranberries, red apple and hints of clove and anise. This rich wine is filled with aromatic fruit flavors, dried spices, a crisp acidity, and long finish filled with dark fruit with notes of vanilla and cocoa powder.
