The Domain Bru-Bache is located in Monein, a French South West village near Pau city.

History of Domain Bru-Bache.This domain was built in 15thcentury. Since always on the same land, Bru-Bache domaine, the highest domain of the Municipality. It belongs to the Loustalot family since 1989 to the Claude Loustalot.
The special feature of Domain Bru-Bache 11 hectares. The grapes are growing through the seasons. The ethical code of Bru-Bache Domain is to let vine take its course during the seasons, organically, without chemical fertilizer. The production of the Domain is around 45 000 bottles. It is uncommon, owing to the methods and ethics looking towards on the environment and the natural taste.
The harvests are done manually. The grape is cropped on 25th years old vine stock. They grow up on sloping land front of the sun, facing South and South East on a clayed and silted land.
