The vineyards on Lot 333 were established in the mid nineties in the McLaren Vale region of South Australia - home to many of Australia finest wines. The vineyards are set on ancient and picturesque limestone and sandstone hills near the coast which provides ideal growing conditions for Shiraz and Grenache grapes. We acquired the vineyard in 2009 and two years later moved permanently from our home country Austria to South Australia to fully concentrate on the improvement of the vineyards and the establishment of our own brand Lot 333 Wines. Our principle is to process grapes mainly from our very own vineyards which allows us to control the entire process from pruning, growing and harvesting to crushing and bottling.
