For over fifty years MAZZA family produces in their vineyards wine of a great value, in the historical area of CHIANTI CLASSICO, that from many years boasts a prestigious image worldwide.The farm has an extension of 65 hectares, of which 35 hectares are vineyards is 300 meters on sea level with south and south-west exposure for the CHIANTI CLASSICO and IGT TOSCANO production.In the last years vineyards have been planted with a density of 4500 plants per hectare of Sangiovese and Ciliegiolo for the red wine and Trebbiano, Vermentino and Ansonica for the white wine production.The new cellar built in 2006 allows to work grapes in the best way thanks also to modern wine-making technology, by being able to ferment to a controlled temperature the whole wine production and by keeping the temperature of wine always the same so to guarantee the qualitative stability.
