The winery “Ronchi di Manzano”, lying in the centre of the hill slope zone known as “The Easter Hill of Friuli”, (Colli Orientali del Friuli), was established in 1900 but its vinery has a much older past. Everything started with The Counts of Trento. The Borghese family has owned “Ronchi di Manzano” since 1969. Their young descendant, Roberta, continues the family tradition with great passion and professional skills acquired all around the world; in places such as France, California and Italy. She has worked to bring innovation to the company, essential for the company’s future and is responsible for the whole process of wines growing. Now, her two daughters Lisa and Nicole are part of the winery and they will continue the family tradition.
