Since I905 , and four generations , we are established in Rilly-la-Montagne zone 1er Cru - Cru 94% of the Cru scale, in the Montagne de Reims area. Only manual harvesting , pressing, racking , fermentation , aging on lees , riddling , disgorging and dosage are all processes and features that make Champagne is such a special wine.
