Sobon Wine Company, LLC has been family owned since Leon and Shirley Sobon purchased a plot of land and started Shenandoah Vineyards over 30 years ago. They dedicated themselves to Leon's passion, producing a wine that was more than a drink, but an experience that made you feel like part of the family. That family philosophy continues to this day as their sons Robert and Paul Sobon work to ensure every glass of Shenandoah Vineyards or Sobon Estate wine brings you into the fold. We pride our selves on producing a portfolio of wines made from sustainably farmed grapes including our estate grown Zinfandel. Both of our brands Shenandoah Vineyards and Sobon Estate feature numerous award winners like our Sobon Estate Rose, Shenandoah Vineyards Carignane, and incredibly popular Zinfandels.
