Lost Buoy Wines is situated high on the cliffs of Port Willunga, in the famous McLaren Vale region of South Australia. Over looking the Gulf St Vincent, its regarded as the closest vineyard to the sea in Australia.
As a result the wines it produces have a distinct minerality to complement the regional generosity of flavour. The estate is focused on Shiraz and Grenache, the quality of which has been acknowledged with significant awards being received in Australia and Singapore.
The estate is owned by Grant Kelley, a passionate expatriate South Australian, with direct family links to the Chaffey brothers who contributed significantly to the development of the McLaren Vale region.
Growing distribution across the HORECA and independent trade in Australia is being enhanced by representation in Singapore and Hong Kong, and the ambition is to further develop the estate's presence and demand across key markets for Australian wine in Asia.
