Ready or not-Here we come.
After playing and making music around the world for many years, Tonny Svensson has tasted a lot of gin and decided to make his own. Plateau was born with the ambition to make a gin with an edge. So he created this gin with unusual ingredients like cactus fruit, citrus, liquorice and even Coffee, but also lots of other good stuff. He then thought where would be the best place to distil this gin, and found a cold windy place, very far away in the dark woods of Sweden. Here they have the right cobber tanks, and use the local water from the mountains.
