Hinzerling Winery is the oldest family owned and operated winery in Yakima Valley. Hinzerling is located the city of Prosser in the Yakima Valley of Washington State. On August 1, 2001 we opened the Vintner's Inn at Hinzerling Winery a small country inn dedicated to the enjyment of Yakima Valley food, wines and microbrews. the Inn features two B&B rooms- see the Inn menu above or call us for up-to-date information or reservations.
